This is the official Website of Turtle Bay Dive and Watersport Center in Watamu, Kenya.
The 1970 founded Turtle Bay Dive Center was taken over in May 2020 by the German couple Harry and Tina Scholz. It’s located on the hotel grounds of Turtle Bay Beach Club in Watamu, Kenya, with direct access to the natural sandy beach.

Of course we also take hygiene measures to protect our guests aswell as our staff members.
Following hygiene measures are taken from our Dive Center aswell as our Watersport Center for you:
- Our Staff members will be tested regularly on Corona and are trained to take all required hygiene measures
- Our Staff members stick to all required protection measures given from the government
- Our Staff members wear masks and gloves
- marked distance control of 1,5 meters in all areas
- Handwashstation aswell as desinfection for the hands available
- regular cleaning and desinfection of the diving equipment
- regular cleaning and desinfection of our furniture, watersport equipment and our boats
Please stick to following hygiene measures of our Dive Center and Watersport Center while visiting us:
- Keep 1,5 meters distance to other people
- Wash and desinfect your hands before entering our Center and rooms
- wear a mask
- If possible please enter our Center and rooms alone
