Since May 2020 we, Harry and Tina Scholz, have been running the diving and water sports center in Watamu. With now 2 locations, we are represented in the Watamu Beach Cottages and the Jacaranda Beach Resort. Both locations have direct access to the natural sandy beach.

The underwater national park (Watamu Marine National Park & Reserve) is one of the oldest in Africa with many different species of fish, turtles and much more.

We train our diving guests according to PADI and DIWA standards

PADI and Blancpain (Official Partner of the ‘PADI Blueprint for Ocean Action’ and founding partner of the PADI Marine Protected Areas Program and ADOPT THE BLUE) are working together with local communities around the world to accelerate the creation of marine protected areas. At the heart of the multi-year partnership is the flagship ‘Adopt The Blue’ program, where 6,600 registered PADI Dive Centers and Resorts are developing the largest network of marine protected areas on the planet, enabling millions of PADI recreational divers to actively engage in marine conservation at every opportunity.

To support this program, we have decided to manage our inner reef ‘Turtle Reef’ and take active measures to protect and conserve it. We look forward to your support.
